Say hi to Lindt’s newest line of filled chocolate bars, designed to appeal to both the young and young-at-heart. Can you blame me for grabbing all 4 flavors and chucking them into the shopping basket? It screams cuteness with its eye-catching font, color and packaging (with matching colored foil wrappers), but like that famous scene between Zellweger and Cruise in the film Jerry Maguire — Lindt, you had me at Hello.
And then I took a few bites and said goodbye. Caramel Brownie, Crunchy Nougat, Cookies & Cream, Strawberry Cheesecake – all of them too sweet as it usually goes with milk chocolate, but then I have never been a fan of anything with less than 70% cacao. Sorry Lindt, but you don’t complete me.
Ahhh!! I tried the cookies and cream while we were in Italy. Couldn’t resist!

The packaging is irresistible, period. And with the holidays upon us, chocolate everything will be going into my shopping cart!

tried the brownie and the crunchy nougat…needed more “stuff” in there…

Yep I agree, but why can’t these big name international companies do more dark chocolate stuff? All I see is milk chocolate.

How do you feel about Novi chocolate? I’ve decided I like it better than Lindt, though sometimes the Lindt is smoother. Milk chocolate? feh!

I have to confess that I don’t really have a preference for any one brand of chocolate, and will go for anything that appeals to my eyeballs at the moment!

They are cute as heck and it’s just too bad that Halloween is not a custom here. I would love to hand out the stick bar versions of those!

Ooh, I’ve tried all of these (yes, I have a very sweet tooth…) and my favourite’s definitely the caramel!

I agree with you on that one. It was the only flavor that went really well melted in a cup of coffee!

The Hello line also comes as boxed pralines, chocolate hearts (in a heart-shaped tin!), and stick bars – all of them very irresistible.
