The 1st day of Oktoberfest

Starch: black bread, brezel, linseed-cumin cracker, käsespätzle, knödel, reiberdatschi
Protein/fat: hendl, kaninchenbraten, steckerlfisch, landjäger, bratwurst, obatzda
Sides: pickles, sauerkraut
Biers: Paulaner and Erdinger

At first it started off with a simple idea like hotdogs and beer, but somewhere between the cheese aisle and pickles at the supermarket, I figured if we’re gonna celebrate Oktoberfest, we may as well go all out.
