Last entry from Kauai. The 18th Annual Taste of Hawaii held this past Sunday on June 4th at Smith’s Tropical Paradise was a great turnout as always, and as with previous events, the plan to snap photos of as many dishes as possible was tossed aside in the energy-sucking heat of a midday sun. If only digesting food didn’t have to be such a brain drain (this begets polynesian paralysis like you wouldn’t believe). Although the Taste of Hawaii is not the most economical of leisure activities, it is definitely a date to look forward to each year as it’s also dubbed “The Ultimate Sunday Brunch”.
